Tanya Marks has more than fifteen years of experience in health, human services and education fundraising in Arizona. She serves as the Director, Foundation Annual Giving for the Valleywise Health Foundation (Valleywise Health Foundation). Tanya has held leadership roles with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Valley of the Sun United Way, and several local schools. Her work has focused on donor stewardship, community engagement, and sustainable giving strategies that drive both organizational success and social impact.
A longtime Arizona resident, Tanya earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. She and her husband Bill enjoy weekly dinners with their three adult children. A lifelong reader, she aims to finish two books each week and enjoys traveling and discovering new local restaurants.
Charlie Molnar has accrued over 50 years of experience in the information technology sector. His career began as a computer operator and progressed through roles as a programmer, systems analyst, project manager, and data center manager. For the past 20 years, he has served as director, overseeing operations, network infrastructure, and technical support for both the local Phoenix office and its data center.
Mr. Molnar has also held a longstanding position on the Board of the company’s Employee Services Community Fund, where he has contributed to the management and allocation of employee paycheck donations to local charitable organizations for more than two decades.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Charlie possesses personal insight into Multiple Sclerosis, having grown up with a father diagnosed with MS at an early age. He resides in Glendale, Arizona with his wife, is the parent of five children, and grandparent to three, dedicating considerable time to supporting his grandchildren’s activities.
