There is a dedicated community of individuals who want to help those living with Multiple Sclerosis. The AZ Crush MS Relief Fund embodies the spirit of compassion and support for individuals facing the challenges associated with Multiple Sclerosis. It reflects a belief that meaningful financial assistance can alleviate some burdens, enabling recipients to focus more on their well-being and less on the obstacles posed by daily expenses. Every application represents an opportunity to enrich lives and foster hope, proving that collective efforts can make a positive difference in the MS community.
We understand that sometimes asking for money can be difficult. If you believe that some financial assistance will be helpful to you and your family, please apply. We will approve as many requests as possible with the funds available.
All information submitted to this committee will be kept private and not shared with anyone outside of the committee without your written permission.
The AZ Crush MS Relief fund was created in an effort to provide direct financial assistance to individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in AZ and NM. In this first year (2025), it is anticipated that the current funding balance will provide a minimum of seven (7) grants at a maximum amount of $500 each. Projects may exceed $500; however, the Relief Fund will only pay $500 toward the project/activity. Funds are available for goods or services only, and no cash payments will be made to individuals.
